At NuCom Group we work together closely with our portfolio companies to ensure that their marketing setups are meeting customer needs and business goals efficiently and effectively. We offer framework agreements as well as strategic and operational advice across all advertising platforms including TV, performance marketing channels, as well as social media. Through our majority shareholder ProSiebenSat.1 Group, we have access to huge TV reach across seven free TV stations. We therefore have extensive expertise in campaigns, conversion, and budget optimization, as well as brand building and customer engagement. Our assets benefit from these rich insights and knowledge via extensive know-how sharing at all levels of the organization.

In a dynamic environment our assets need to focus on their core business and growth. To strengthen operations we support our assets on special projects across all divisions and topics. Previously we have implemented and advised on topics such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), realized data synergies, and provided framework contracts for tech platforms. To foster knowledge exchange we facilitate a broad offer of marketing, tech, leadership & organizational sessions which are open to all portfolio companies.

Buy and build strategy
Our investment managers act as sparring partners for our assets. They advise on company goals, financial planning and overall strategy. Together with our shareholders ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic, NuCom Group’s investment managers are always looking for suitable additions to our portfolio. Their aim is to create the next category leader – like we achieved via M&A with ParshipMeet Group in our matchmaking sector, which was carved out of NuCom to ProSiebenSat.1 Group as of September 20.
